Pumpkins & Corn Fields

It's fall time, and that means lots of fun at the nearby corn maze and pumpkin patch.  The kids & I had a great time, and the little one brought a friend.

There were tons of activities for the kids to do!  They had a large spider web to climb on, donkey rides, a petting zoo, and hay rides, among others.

The older two enjoyed getting lost for an hour in the incredibly large corn maze.  (Cell phones are a great thing, by the way.)

Before we left, each got to pick out a pumpkin.  I was proud of our frugal kids!  Rather than charge by weight, the pumpkins were charged by size in diameter.  So, my kids picked out the really tall & skinny ones!

Now looking forward to the awesome pumpkin pies, pumpkin bread, and pumpkin cheesecake!  (Yes, we actually eat our pumpkins.)
